On 2 October of 1989 due the spiritual inspiration the Union the International of Spiritual Societies was born; under the direction of Mr. Domingo C. Perez, the auspice of the kardecista Hilarion Center of Studies and Investigations, the Cultural Center For Peace , and outside annexed institutions.

These are registered to the National Registry of Cults dependen the Ministry of Relations of Cult and Trade Relations International of the Argentinian Nation, under l a w 2737 that it authorizes its operation since February of 1990. the permanent address is the street Callao 190 (B1646AJD) San Fernando, Provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentinian Republic.

Since 1990, these haven been innumerable seminaries, conferences, courses and various tasks several of cultural exchange between national organizations and international organizations in the areas of ecology, human rights, metapsíquica, metaphysics, spiritualism, spiritism, alternative therapies, and complementary therapies.

The motive of its creation is to unity in diversity, strengthening the fraternal bonds of friendship and work cooperating with open-minded people who seek to achieve enlightment, with no personal interests, and a clear view of the future in constant evolution to assure a Third millennium that is peaceful and full of brotherhood.
